Establishment of Hostel Facility for Women Scientist (PAFDA and PFSA) Lahore

The Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab, invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms and contractors for the establishment of a hostel facility for women scientists at PAFDA and PFSA Lahore. This project is managed by the Executive Engineer, 4th Building Division, Lahore, located at 6-McLeod Road, PWD Compound, Lahore. The procurement process is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Establishment of Hostel Facility for Women Scientist (PAFDA and PFSA) Lahore The project requires firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C1 or above, holding valid licenses for the year 2026-27. Specialized codes required include CEO, BC03, and ME03. Participating firms must demonstrate adequate experience in executing projects of similar nature, scope, and complexity. Detailed eligibility criteria and terms are provided in the Pre-Qualification Document. Submission of applications is exclusively online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and http://pppra.punjab.gov.pk. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for submission is 6th October 2026. Clarifications can be sought until 29th September 2026 through the designated section on the e-Procurement system. Only pre-qualified firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent bidding process. The Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications in accordance with prescribed evaluation criteria and PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review the pre-qualification requirements and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
