Rehabilitation Building and Lockups of Police Station Sohbatpur

The Urban Planning & Development Department Naseerabad Division invites electronic bids through the EPPS System for the rehabilitation of the building and lockups of Police Station Sohbatpur. This procurement is based on the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026, Government of Balochistan. Eligible firms and contractors are invited for the execution of the following work: Items being procured: - Rehabilitation Building and Lockups of Police Station Sohbatpur The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014, as amended. Basic eligibility requires the firm or contractor to be validly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above, with the relevant specialization codes as specified in the bidding documents. The firm must also be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and have an active tax payer list (ATL) registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Additionally, the firm should have completed three assignments of similar nature. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The method of procurement is Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 2,000 must be deposited into the Government Treasury under Head of Account C-03870 through the Green Challan Form at the National Bank of Pakistan. The last date for bid submission is 7th October 2026 by 10:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM on the EPPS System.
