Rehabilitation of Carpet Road and Supply of IT Equipment for Executive Engineer Road Construction Division Faisalabad

The Punjab Highways Department invites tenders from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and with valid PEC licenses for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must also be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website and submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost via digital payment through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Physical bid securities will not be accepted. The tender includes two main works: - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Carpet road from Faisalabad Jaranwala road to Faisalabad Sheikhupura road along with Lower Canal Length – 6.10 km (Right Side), estimated cost Rs. 189.779 Million, completion period 6 months. - Supply of IT in the office of Executive Engineer Road Construction Division Faisalabad, estimated cost Rs. 1.367 Million, completion period 15 days. The rehabilitation work involves laying rigid pavement using concrete batching plant and concrete paving machines with mechanized TST/DST surfacing. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually. Contractors must submit claims electronically through the Digital Measurement Book. No price variation over contract agreement will be allowed. Earnest money must be submitted digitally via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids will be opened on 7th November 2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the Executive Engineer Road Construction Division Faisalabad office. Interested bidders should carefully quote item rates and total amounts. Any discrepancy in totals will be resolved in favor of quoted item rates.
