Rehabilitation of CCTV Room and Supply & Installation of Spiral Stairs at LPG Plant Lahore

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the rehabilitation of the CCTV room and supply and installation of spiral stairs on various buildings at the LPG Plant located in Lahore. This tender covers comprehensive civil, electrical, and plumbing works to upgrade and restore the CCTV room and install spiral staircases at multiple locations within the plant. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of CCTV Room including dismantling existing floor, plain cement concrete (PCC 1:3:6), reinforced cement concrete (RCC 1:2:4), 60 grade steel reinforcement bars, brick/block masonry, cement plaster, waterproofing over slab, PB4 waterproofing treatment, u-PVC main doors/windows/ventilators, steel grills inside windows, plinth protection on three sides - Electrical works including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of distribution boards, wiring for switchboards, light points, 5 AMP sockets (2-pin and 3-pin), earthing rods, bracket/wall fans, ceiling fans, LED bulbs and tube rods, and air conditioner installation - Plumbing works including supply and installation of 3" diameter u-PVC pipes with fittings - Epoxy flooring with chemical resistant polyurethane paint - Application of weather shield paint and distemper paint - Supply and installation of 4 spiral stairs with MS checkered plate steps, MS pipe vertical posts, railings, and RCC foundations at CCTV Room, Office Block, Prayer Room, and Worker's washroom - Supply of 500 KG deformed steel bars for reinforcement The scope includes all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and safety measures as per PSO standards. Contractors must submit mill test certificates for steel bars and compressive strength test reports for bricks/blocks. All work must comply with PSO's HSE policy and quality control procedures. The contractor is responsible for site restoration and debris clearance after completion. Eligibility requires relevant PEC categories, FBR/ATL registration, and at least 5 years of experience with qualified site engineers and HSE supervisors.
