Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Pain Management Equipment on DAP Basis for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of pain management equipment on a DAP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research located in Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Items being procured: - Pain Management Equipment (Package No. 48) on DAP basis The technical scope includes full supply and installation of the specified equipment, commissioning at the site, and ongoing maintenance services to ensure operational efficiency. The project is based in Lahore, Punjab, and requires compliance with the PPRA Rules 2014 (amended up to date). Interested bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) with an open competitive bidding method. A bid security of Rs. 1,80,000 is required, and bids must remain valid for 120 days. The RFP documents containing technical and financial proposal instructions must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 14th October 2026, no later than 02:30 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM. Any proposals received by other means will not be considered. If the last submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
