The Board of Management Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate (BOM QIE) Lahore invites electronic bids from original contractors registered with PEC in category C-4 or above with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration for the project of Repair & Maintenance Works (Patch Works) at different areas within QIE. Items being procured: - Repair & Maintenance Works (Patch Works) at different areas at QIE The scope includes patch works and general maintenance at various locations within the Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate. Bidders must comply with all specifications, terms, and conditions as detailed in the bidding documents available free of cost on the BOM QIE website www.qie.com.pk, Punjab E-Procurement System Portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, and PPRA website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Eligibility requires registration with PEC category C-4 or above, valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, and submission of bid security amounting to Rs. 190,434 (2% of estimated cost).
