Tender Description
The Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOM-SIE) Lahore is inviting bids for the rehabilitation of the existing CETP Lab at Sundar Industrial Estate. This procurement is specifically for contractors, vendors, or suppliers capable of undertaking rehabilitation works at the CETP laboratory located within the industrial estate in Lahore, Punjab. The scope of work involves comprehensive rehabilitation activities to restore and upgrade the CETP lab facilities, ensuring compliance with current standards and operational efficiency.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC under category C6 or above, and must hold valid registrations with FBR, Sales Tax, Income Tax, and PRA. Experience in similar rehabilitation works is mandatory to qualify for this tender. The bidding process will follow the PPRA Rules 2014 on a Single Stage One Envelope basis, ensuring transparency and fairness.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website, BOM-SIE website, and the EPADS portal. Completed, signed, and stamped bidding documents must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 21st July 2026 before 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A bid security amounting to Rs. 119,508 (2% of the estimated cost) must be included in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of PIEDMC Sundar Industrial Estate. The original bid security must be posted to the BOM-SIE office before bid opening.
Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or providing false information will face cancellation and punitive action. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the Punjab e-procurement portal and to carefully follow the submission instructions to avoid disqualification.
