Tender Description
The CW, PP&H Department District Naseerabad invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of multiple road works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation of Black Top Road from Rasoolabad to Shaheed Ghulam Murtaza Abro including Water Course Nala near DHQ Dera Murad Jamali Phase-II (Estimated Cost: Rs. 59,704,252)
- Black Top Road Village Shokat Khan Bangulzi Beroon at District Naseerabad Length 4.00 KM BSDI Phase-III (Estimated Cost: Rs. 54,237,127)
- Construction of Black Top Road from Mir Hassan Road to New Hospital, Govt. Girls College Murad Jamali at District Naseerabad Length 2.50 KM BSDI Phase-III (Estimated Cost: Rs. 39,810,376)
- Repair & Raising of Boundary Wall of GGDC D.M. Jamali, Repair of Auditorium and 400 Meter Black Top Road BSDI Phase-III (Estimated Cost: Rs. 43,284,001)
- Construction of Black Top Road from N-65 to Village Ghulam Hussain Khosa at District Naseerabad Length 2.00 KM BSDI Phase-III (Estimated Cost: Rs. 34,829,923)
The scope includes rehabilitation, construction, repair, and raising of roads and boundary walls in Naseerabad district. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and have completed relevant assignments with financial capacity. Earnest Money of 3% of the total estimated cost is required in the form of Bank Guarantee, Deposit at Call, or CDR. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) portal by 04 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer Roads CW, PP&H Department District Naseerabad. The bidder must also submit the Income Tax statement return of the last year and a duly notarized affidavit confirming no conflict of interest or litigation.
