The projects require experienced contractors with valid PEC licenses in relevant categories, active FBR and PRA registration, and financial soundness. Earnest money is set at 5% of the estimated cost for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System by 15 September 2026 at 09:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
