Rehabilitation and Construction of Primary and High Schools with Furniture Provision at Haji Raza Muhammad Khoso Taluka Kashmore

The Education Works Division Kashmore @ Kandhkot is procuring rehabilitation, construction, and reconstruction services for sixteen existing primary and high schools located at Haji Raza Muhammad Khoso Taluka Kashmore, Sindh. This project includes civil works such as excavation, brickwork, reinforced concrete, plastering, painting, and sanitary fittings. Additionally, the procurement covers the provision of furniture for these schools, ensuring a comprehensive upgrade of educational facilities in the district. The technical scope involves detailed construction activities including foundation excavation, brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete work, finishing with plaster and paint, installation of GI frames and grills, laying of tiles, and sanitary fittings like WC pans, basins, and piping. The site is located near the old NADRA office in Kandhkot, and the contract duration is 24 months from the date of commencement. Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC registration in the relevant category, be registered with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate prior experience in similar civil works projects. Earnest Money in the form of a 5% bid security is required, along with a 10% security deposit including the bid security. Income tax and security deposit deductions apply as per government rules.
