Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Kashmore @ Kandhkot invites bids for the rehabilitation, construction, and reconstruction of existing primary and high schools at GBPS Azizabad One Add C/R Taluka Kashmore District Kashmore. This project is part of the Provincial ADP 2025-26 under SDG#4 and involves civil works including excavation, brickwork, reinforced concrete, plastering, painting, and sanitary fittings such as installation of W.C pans, lavatories, water supply pipes, and fittings.
The scope includes comprehensive building works such as foundation excavation, brick masonry, reinforced concrete structures, roofing, flooring with tiles and marble, iron grills, doors and windows, and painting. Additionally, water supply and sanitation works cover installation of water closets, lavatories, GI pipes, valves, and fittings. The project is located in Kandhkot city within Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for works exceeding Rs. 2.5 million and registered with FBR/ATL. Experience in similar school construction or rehabilitation projects is required. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the bid amount and comply with all SPPRA rules.
The bid submission deadline is 26th May 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Kashmore @ Kandhkot near old Nadra Office Kandhkot. The contract completion period is 24 months from the date of commencement.
