Tender Description
District Council Chakwal invites sealed bids through the E-PADS system from contractors registered on E-PADS for the fiscal year 2026-27 under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The bidding will be conducted in a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit a bid security as per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017, with 10% additional performance security for the lowest bidder. The bidding documents and terms can be downloaded free of cost from the official E-PADS website.

- Construction of Vented Causeway with other allied works at Village Chak Basar Shah & Tehsil & District Chakwal (Estimated Cost: Rs. 24.910 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 1,245,500)
- Construction of Road & Nullah with other allied works from Government Boys School to Main Road at Village Lilyandi, Tehsil & District Chakwal (Estimated Cost: Rs. 10.097 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 504,850)
- Construction of Road with other allied works from Road to H/O Malik Mazhar Hussain, Village Saigalabad, Tehsil & District Chakwal (Estimated Cost: Rs. 9.999 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 499,950)
- Construction / Rehabilitation of Sewerage System Village Mohra Sheikhan, Tehsil & District Chakwal (Estimated Cost: Rs. 9.998 Million, Bid Security: Rs. 499,900)
Bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 29-09-2026 at 11:00 AM PST. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM PST. Bidders must ensure bids are clear, readable, and complete. Non-compliance or submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Performance security will be refunded after issuance of completion certificates. The bidding documents are also available on the PPRA Punjab website.
