District Council Vehari invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for various development works in Vehari. The procurement is managed by the District Council Vehari and covers multiple construction and rehabilitation projects within the district. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation / Construction of Metalled Road from DM Road to Burewala Masoom Shah Road along the PI Link District Vehari (2.55 Km) - Construction of Tuff Tile in Basti Allah Hoo Wali Ludden Road Tehsil Vehari - Rehabilitation of Sports Stadium in Jallah Jeem, Tehsil Mailsi - Arrangements Regarding National Days and other events, public awareness campaign by District Council Vehari for the year 2026-27 - Arrangements for Celebration of Musical Night on the eve of 14 August 2026 District Council Vehari - Construction of Sewerage Line and Khal Mouza Tarki, Mailsi - Construction of Tuff Tile, Sullage Carrier and Sewerage Line Kot Sadat - Rehabilitation Providing/Fixing of Manhole Covers & Raising of Manhole in Tehsil Mailsi - Rehabilitation Providing/Fixing of Manhole Covers & Raising of Manhole in Tehsil Burewala - Providing / Fixing / Laying of lane marking, cat eyes, & painting of Kerb Stone at Club Road, Jinnah Road etc Vehari City - Providing and Fixing of Informing Boards in jurisdiction of MC Vehari - Beautification & Construction of Monuments at different places in MC Vehari The scope includes civil works such as road rehabilitation, tuff tile construction, sewerage line installation, manhole cover fixing, lane marking, and public event arrangements. These works are to be executed in various locations within Vehari district including Tehsil Mailsi, Tehsil Burewala, and Vehari City itself. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and comply with all eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders should also be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar civil works projects will be advantageous. The bidding documents, including detailed instructions, eligibility criteria, specifications, and BOQ, can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab website. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 10-08-2026 at 1:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the District Council Vehari office. Earnest Money equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual bids or other forms of bid security will not be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Security equal to 5% of the contract price. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your Digital Bank Guarantee is transmitted through SWIFT MT760 with the correct Tender Reference Number and PSID to avoid rejection. Also, carefully fill all unit rates and item-wise amounts in the BOQ as incomplete or percentage-based bids will be declared non-responsive.
