Rehabilitation and Electrification of Primary Schools in Shikarpur and Kashmore Districts

The Education Works (E) Division Larkano is procuring rehabilitation and electrification works for five existing primary schools located in the districts of Shikarpur and Kashmore, specifically at GBPS Qaimuddin Chachar, GBPS Tagio Khan Jafferi, GBPS Allah Jeewayo Khan, GBPS Allah Wadhayo Chachar, and GBPS Miral Jafferi. This project involves comprehensive electrical wiring, installation of ceiling fans, circuit breakers, switches, and earthing sets to upgrade the electrical infrastructure of these schools. The scope includes laying PVC insulated copper conductors, fixing Bakelite ceiling roses, brass battern holders, and providing ammeters and voltmeters as per the specifications. The contract is funded through the Government of Sindh's ADP schemes for the financial year 2025-26 with an estimated cost of **PKR 686,000**. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, possess a valid NTN, and have experience in similar works executed in the last five years. PEC registration and an average annual financial turnover matching the project cost are mandatory. The bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 34,300 must be furnished along with the bid. The deadline for submission is strictly as notified in the NIT, with bids to be submitted at the office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Electrical Division Larkano, located near the High Court Building on CMC Road. The contract duration is 15 months from the date of commencement.
