Rehabilitation and Electrification of Primary Schools in Shikarpur and Kashmore Districts

The Executive Engineer Education Works (E) Division Larkano is procuring rehabilitation and electrification works for five existing primary schools located in the districts of Shikarpur and Kashmore, specifically at GBPS Qaimuddin Chachar, GBPS Tagio Khan Jafferi, GBPS Allah Jeewayo Khan, GBPS Allah Wadhayo Chachar, and GBPS Miral Jafferi. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN and FBR registration, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and an Electric Inspectorate License for the concerned region. Experience in similar nature of works executed within the last five years is mandatory, with at least one contract valued at 80% of the estimated cost or two contracts each at 50% of the estimated cost. The average annual financial turnover should not be less than the project cost during the last five years. Bidders must submit their tenders in properly sealed envelopes with bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. All bids must be signed, stamped, and accompanied by an authorization letter if signed by a representative. The deadline for submission is seven days after the publish date, with bids to be opened at the same office. The contract period is 15 months from the date of commencement. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required, and liquidated damages of 0.05% per day will be imposed for delays.
