Tender Description

The Public Health Engineering Division Multan invites bids from contractors and firms registered with PPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement covers multiple rehabilitation and extension projects in District Multan, specifically targeting water supply and sewerage infrastructure. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Sewerage Line 24 inch diameter Shujat Pur Road till Flood Bund, Tehsil Jalalpur Piwala - Extension / Rehabilitation of Tube Wells for Urban Water Supply Scheme Jalalpur Piwala City - Rehabilitation of Flood Affected Rural Water Supply Scheme Obara Janubi, Tehsil Jalalpur Piwala - Rehabilitation of Flood Affected Rural Water Supply Scheme Mouza Adu Wali, Tehsil Jalalpur Piwala These works involve civil construction and rehabilitation of water and sewerage lines, including tube wells and flood-affected rural water supply schemes. The projects are to be completed by December 31, 2026, for the first two schemes, and by March 31, 2027, for the latter two. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and comply with Punjab e-Procurement System requirements. Bid security must be paid online before bid submission. The lowest bidder will be required to provide a 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of bid opening. PEC license holders with water supply codes are preferred and must submit original PEC copies before tender opening. The tender process is fully electronic, and manual bids are not accepted. The deadline for bid submission is 03 August 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 01:30 PM the same day at the Office of the Commissioner, Multan Division.
