Rehabilitation of Labour Colony Sargodha - Construction Works Packages

Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), Lahore invites bids for the Rehabilitation of Labour Colony Sargodha involving construction works under three distinct packages. The project is located in Lahore and the procurement is for civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, and allied works. Items being procured: - Package A: OHWT, Tubewell & Tubewell Chamber (Rs. 220,147,516/-) - Package B: Water Supply, Sewerage Network, Disposal System & Foremanain (Rs. 157,668,068/-) - Package C: Road Works, Road Lighting, Steel Gate & Boundary Wall (Rs. 219,441,413/-) The scope includes comprehensive construction of building works with specialized deployment of materials, labor, formwork, tools, and machinery. The project duration is 12 months. Eligibility requires firms or contractors registered on e-PADS 2.0 with valid PEC licenses in categories C-3 or above for Packages A and C, and C-4 or above for Package B. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost via CDR or Bank Guarantee. Technical and financial bids must be submitted on e-PADS by 03.11.2026 (11:00 AM), with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders must provide detailed documentation including firm ownership proof, company establishment proof, partnership deeds if applicable, financial and engineering staff details, project experience certificates, audit reports, tax documents, and affidavits confirming no blacklisting.
