Tender Description
The Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA) invites bids from Suppliers and Contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC License in category C-6 or above, active NTN and PNTN, for the rehabilitation and maintenance of roof and electric work at the Revenue Office (ST&AWT) located at Misri Shah, WASA, Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation and maintenance of roof
- Electric work for Revenue Office (ST&AWT)
The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and regulations 2024. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 12-10-2026 before 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
A digital bid security/e-Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 59,846/- in favor of WASA Lahore is required and must be verified on the Punjab e-Procurement System before the bid submission deadline. Bidders must ensure their bids are free from corruption or viruses as per Regulation-8(4) of PPRA Regulations 2024.
The tender requires filling the bid schedule indicating percentage rates above or below the schedule of rates for "Schedule Items". No premium will be accepted for non-schedule items. The bids will remain valid for 120 days.
Eligibility criteria include PEC category C-6 or above, NTN and PNTN registration, and compliance with PPRA rules. The work involves maintenance and rehabilitation at the specified WASA office site in Lahore.
