Tender Description
The Municipal Committee Jahanian invites bids for the approved scheme of Rehabilitation of Quaid Azam Road DPS to Lala Sehari Chowk Municipal Committee Jahanian for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for the rehabilitation work on this road section in Jahanian, Punjab.

The scope includes civil works related to road rehabilitation as per the approved scheme. Registered contractors/firms with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the relevant category for the year 2026-2027 are eligible to participate. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and submit their bids through the EPADS (PPRA) portal.
Earnest money in the form of a CDR @ 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded online, with the original CDR (issued from The Bank of Punjab only) submitted to the Head Clerk (Infrastructure) of the Municipal Committee Jahanian one hour before the bid opening. Failure to submit the original CDR on time will lead to disqualification.
Incomplete financial bids or blank DNIT/BOQs and rate analysis pages will be declared non-responsive. The bids will be opened on 28-10-2026 at 02:00 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the Municipal Committee office, Jahanian.
Bidders who submit fake documents or CDRs will be blacklisted and face further action by PPRA and PEC. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35.
