Tender Description

The Highway Division Layyah invites tenders from registered contractors and firms with Pakistan Engineering Council registration for rehabilitation, widening, and reconstruction works in Layyah district, Punjab. The works include: - Rehabilitation / Widening / Re-Construction & Construction of metalled road LG road (Rescue 1122) to Siddique Park including links to College Road, Kachari Road (Lari Adda) & Women College Layyah, length 1.47 Km - Re-Construction / Rehabilitation / Widening of metalled road from Chak No. 260/TDA to Qazi Abad (Layyah Tail Indus Road), length 7.00 Km The project requires submission of bid security equal to 5% of the estimated bid cost through CDR, Pay Order, Draft, or Banker's Cheque in favor of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Layyah. Bidders must submit digital online bids via the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System and also submit physical bid documents to the office of the Commissioner DG Khan Division by 21-10-2026 at 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR registration, and compliance with PPRA rules. No manual or physical bids will be accepted beyond the deadline. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
