Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Works & Services Department Thatta invites bids for the Rehabilitation and Renovation of A-I Type Bungalow near GGHS Thatta at Makli. This project involves comprehensive civil works including dismantling, concrete works, plastering, painting, wood joinery, flooring with glazed tiles and marble, roofing, and sanitary fittings. The scope covers structural repairs, finishing, and installation of plumbing fixtures to restore the bungalow to functional condition.
The technical scope includes removal of old plaster, concrete repairs, RCC works, false ceiling installation, woodwork for doors and windows, painting with weather coat and distemper, and sanitary fittings such as W.C pans, wash basins, taps, and drainage pipes. The site is located in Thatta city, Sindh province, and the works are to be completed within 360 days from commencement.
Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for works exceeding Rs. 2.5 million and registered with FBR/ATL. Experience in similar rehabilitation projects and adequate construction equipment is required. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 282,450/- (5% of estimated cost) along with their technical and financial bids.
The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Thatta. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 14.05.2026 and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
