Rehabilitation and Renovation of Assistant Commissioner House Sakro Division Thatta Makli

The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Works & Services Department Thatta is procuring rehabilitation and renovation works for the Assistant Commissioner House located in Sakro Division Thatta at Makli. This project involves comprehensive civil works including removal of old plaster, dismantling tiles and concrete, laying new cement concrete blocks, plastering, painting, wood joinery, flooring with glazed tiles, iron works, false ceiling installation, paving blocks flooring, and water supply and sanitation fittings. The scope covers structural repairs, finishing, and installation of sanitary fixtures to restore the building to functional condition. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for works exceeding Rs. 2.5 million and should have relevant experience in similar rehabilitation projects. FBR/ATL registration is mandatory. The contract duration is 360 days with a bid validity of 90 days. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security amounting to Rs. 359,550/- (5% of bid cost) is required. Technical and financial bids will be submitted in two envelopes under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The deadline for bid submission is 10:00 A.M on 14th May 2026 at the Office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Thatta. Bids will be opened at 11:00 A.M the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPP Rules.
