Tender Description
The **Embassy of Pakistan (Belgrade)** invites quotations for repair and renovation work in the fire-damaged section of its embassy building in Belgrade. The assignment covers civil repairs, finishing, carpentry, flooring, scaffolding, waste removal and associated electrical restoration.
Specific item list not provided in the notice. The printed scope includes: assembly and dismantling of facade scaffolding, construction of platforms and protective netting on three sides; removal of furniture, equipment and fire-damaged materials, including rubble loading and transport to the city landfill; washing fire-damaged walls and the hallway below the affected apartment; portable scaffolding installation and ceiling repairs for water leaks; facade dismantling and wall and facade repairs; masonry repair and replacement plastering over approximately 3 square metres; removal and installation of plasterboard panels on the staircase, hallway and bathroom; replacement of ceiling plasterboard with a new two-layer Knauf suspended ceiling; supply and installation of white interior MDF doors; repair and replacement of internal wooden doors and windows; dismantling and repainting of window blinds; plastering and water-washable painting; staircase and ceiling painting; replacement of fire-damaged flooring with oak 13 parquet, including sanding, varnishing and skirting boards; and inspection and repair of electrical installations, floor panels, damaged cables, sockets, switches and lighting fixtures.
Bidders must provide proof of registration with the Serbian tax department. Technical and financial offers must be submitted separately, including company credentials, qualifications, methodology, timeline, completed price schedule and bill of quantities. A refundable security equal to 2% of the bid value is required. Prices may be quoted in Serbian Dinar or EUR, excluding VAT, with the VAT percentage stated. Bids must remain valid for at least 15 days after the deadline; alternative or partial bids are not permitted.
Sealed envelopes clearly marked Technical Bid and Financial Bid, addressed to the Head of Chancery, must be delivered to the Embassy address at 62 Bulevar kneza Aleksandra Karadjordjevica, Belgrade, from **05 August 2026** until **20 August 2026 at 11:30 hours**. Opening is scheduled for the same day at 12:30 hours. Firms should visit the premises before pricing and verify quantities, access conditions and completion requirements.
