Construction and Rehabilitation Works in District Battagram

Mandatory works list: 1) ADP No. 65/210371-(2026-2027), category C-6, Construction/Rehabilitation of Worship Places and Residential Colonies of Minorities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, specifically construction of a boundary wall around Shamshan Ghaat, Gurdwara and Mandir in District Battagram; estimated cost **Rs. 4.000 Million**, required bid security **Rs. 84,000**, bidding entry fee **Rs. 2,000**. 2) Re-tender AOM&R Budget 2025-2026 for District and Session Judges and Senior Civil Judges: AOM&R of the Office Building of Senior Civil Judge Battagram, category C-6, estimated cost **Rs. 1.475 Million**, bid security **Rs. 33,500**, fee **Rs. 738**. 3) AOM&R of the Residential Building of Senior Civil Judge Battagram, estimated cost **Rs. 1.500 Million**, bid security **Rs. 34,000**, fee **Rs. 750**. 4) AOM&R of the Office Building of Senior Civil Judge Battagram at Tehsil Allai, estimated cost **Rs. 1.475 Million**, bid security **Rs. 33,500**, fee **Rs. 738**. Completion periods are as specified in the work order. Bidders must maintain active FBR and KPPRA status, hold a current PEC licence and C&W enlistment, and submit the required documents for the current financial year. A **2%** bid security in original call deposit form must be provided, with security details entered in E-PADS. The original instrument must reach the Executive Engineer before the closing time. The **0.05%** non-refundable bidding entry fee must accompany the original CDR. Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS by **01 September 2026 at 12:00 PM**.
