Tender Description
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids from Engineering Firms/Contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with valid PEC License in category C-6 & Above for rehabilitation, renovation, addition, alteration, and sewerage works of various churches and assemblies in Lahore city.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation of Street in Surrounding of St. John Catholic Church, Lahore
- Renovation / Addition / Alteration of Francis Town St. Thomas Church, Lahore
- Renovation / Addition / Alteration of Sagan Stop Muthahada Church, Lahore
- Renovation / Addition / Alteration of Good Samaritan Church, Lahore
- Renovation / Addition / Alteration of Pakistan Assemblies of God Church, Lahore
- Renovation / Addition / Alteration of UPC Church, Nasrat Road, Lahore
- Renovation / Addition / Alteration of Bhattia Village FG Church, Kot Asadullah

The scope includes civil works, sewerage, tuff tile paving, PCC, and structural renovations. Contractors must submit technical and financial proposals online through Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest Money (Bid Security) is required as per tender documents. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The tender follows PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date.
The submission deadline is 29-10-2026 at 09:30 AM, with opening at 10:00 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted digitally via the Punjab e-Procurement portal only. No physical or postal bids will be accepted.
