Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Sheikhupura invites bids for the rehabilitation of sewerage and drainage scheme at Ward 384 Mandialy, Tehsil Ferozwala, District Sheikhupura. This tender is for deposit work under the approved development schemes for the financial year 2026-27 and 2nd biannual 2026.

The project involves specialized civil works for sewerage and drainage rehabilitation. Bidders must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes for the year 2026-27. Firms must be registered on the EPADS 2.0 portal of Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and have a PEC license for the specified category including specialization CE01, CE09, ME06.
Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 1,943,666) is required in the form of a Digital Bid Security as per government instructions. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) method as per PPRA Rules 2014, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Incomplete or unfilled bids will be rejected.
Bids must be submitted online on EPADS portal by 10:30 AM on 28-09-2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Sheikhupura.
