Municipal Committee Kharian invites E-bids through E-Procurement System from eligible well reputed and financially sound Firms/ Contractors/ Company enlisted with relevant departments and registered on E-Procurement System and with relevant tax departments, i.e. Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Professional tax (where applicable) and registered with PEC in relevant category codes through open competitive bidding (Single Stage Single Envelope) for the procurement of following projects/schemes for Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027 @ MRS 2nd Biannual 2026 District Gujrat: Items being procured: - Rehab of Road & Drain Qadeer Chowk to Bypass Road, MC Kharian (Estimated Cost: Rs. 29.82 Million) - Construction of Road & Drain Mohri Road to Taqi Colony, MC Kharian (Rs. 10.6 Million) - Rehab of Railway Road & Drain, MC Kharian (Rs. 8.9 Million) - Rehab of street Near Bawali Kharian, MC Kharian (Rs. 4.46 Million) - Improvement of street and drains Mohallah Mujahid Colony, MC Kharian (Rs. 5.49 Million) - Improvement of streets and drains Mohallah Kabari Bazar, MC Kharian (Rs. 6.81 Million) - Construction & Establishment of Administrator Block & Offices, MC Kharian (Rs. 15.76 Million) The technical scope includes rehabilitation, construction, and improvement of roads, drains, and administrative infrastructure within Kharian city. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and possess valid tax certificates including FBR and PRA. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Pay Order equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required. The submission deadline for bids is 29th September 2026 at 09:00 AM, with the opening of e-bids on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
