Rehabilitation of ST-16 and Other Allied Equipment of 747 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Guddu

Central Power Generation Company Limited (CPGCL) invites bids for the rehabilitation of ST-16 and other allied equipment of the 747 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Guddu. This procurement is conducted under the revised Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004, following a corrigendum to the original invitation for bids. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of ST-16 equipment - Rehabilitation of other allied equipment at the 747 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Guddu The procurement process will be conducted electronically through EPADS 2.0, with previous bidding documents withdrawn and replaced by revised documents available for free download from the CPGCL website https://cpgcl.com/ and PPRA website https://ppra.gov.pk/. Each technical bid must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than PKR 500,000,000 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency, provided as per the bidding documents. Bids must be delivered by 15:00 hours on November 10, 2026, to the Chief Executive Officer at Central Power Generation Company Limited, 1st Floor, OFP Building, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad, Pakistan. Technical bids will be opened at 15:30 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. The employer reserves the right to reject any bids as per PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible bidders should have relevant PEC categories and valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar rehabilitation works and compliance with bid security requirements are mandatory.
