Tender Description

The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Deputy Director Road Division-V, Islamabad, is procuring works for the Rehabilitation of Streets and Drainage in Sector I-10/1, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is referenced under tender number P64970. Items being procured: - Regular excavation dressed (680 Cum) - Rehandling of earthwork (surplus) (26 Cum) - Scarifying old road surface including removal of debris (5693 Sqm) - Compaction of earthwork with power road roller (102 Cum) - Providing and laying sub-base course of stone product (102 Cum) - Crushed stone aggregate (68 Cum) - Providing and laying base course of crushed stone aggregate (867 Cum) - Providing and laying bituminous priming coat (5176 Sqm) - Providing and laying plant premixed bituminous carpet (5176 Sqm) - Earthwork excavation for storm water channels and drains (1264 Cum) - Cement concrete plain in various ratios (32 Cum, 24 Cum, 86 Cum) - RCC pipe sewers of various diameters (310mm, 380mm, 460mm) (817 Metre total) - Pacca brick work in foundation and plinth (66 Cum) - Cement plaster 1:3 (289 Sqm) - Fabrication of mild steel reinforcement (475749 Kg) - Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete (11 Cum) - Providing and fixing precast Edge Kerb Stone (366 Metre) - Providing and laying RCC precast grating cover (40 Each) - Excavation in foundation of building and other structures (350 Cum) - Filling and compacting soil behind retaining walls (127 Cum) - Random rubble masonry in foundation and plinth (265 Cum) - Random rubble masonry in ground floor or 6m height building (414 Cum) - Pointing flush on stone work (209 Cum) The technical scope covers excavation, earthwork, compaction, sub-base and base course laying, bituminous works, concrete works including reinforced concrete and masonry, drainage pipe laying, and finishing works such as plastering and pointing. The site is Sector I-10/1, Islamabad, and the works are to be executed with adherence to the specified technical standards and quality requirements. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC in category C-5 or above with valid registration for 2025-26 and specific codes CE-01. Bidders must also be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Joint ventures of up to three members are allowed.
