Rehabilitation of Streets and Roads in Hafizabad District

District Council Hafizabad invites E-bids from eligible, well-reputed, and financially sound firms, contractors, or companies enlisted with relevant departments and registered on Punjab E-Procurement (EP) portal. The procurement is for the rehabilitation of streets and roads under the OSR District Council Hafizabad for the current financial year 2026-27 in Hafizabad city. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Streets Village Dhunni Hafizabad (0.23 Km, Rs. 9.887 Million, PEC C-6 or above) - Rehabilitation of Streets Village Thathi Behlolpur, Pindi Bhattian (0.37 Km, Rs. 21.977 Million, PEC C-6 or above) - Rehabilitation of Streets Village Garhi Gondal Hafizabad (0.66 Km, Rs. 29.510 Million, PEC C-5 or above) - Rehabilitation of Road from Jalalpur Kassesay road to Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic Mughoki Pindi Bhattian (1.5 Km, Rs. 34.323 Million, PEC C-5 or above) - Rehabilitation of Road from Chatha Dad Village to Manget Neecha via Sagar Kalan Hafizabad (4.0 Km, Rs. 78.634 Million, PEC C-4 or above) - Re-construction / Rehabilitation of Road from Thatha Khairo Matmal to Village Kot Nakkah Pindi Bhattian (3.5 Km, Rs. 95.763 Million, PEC C-4 or above) - Rehabilitation of Streets Villages Nahriawala and Sawan Pura Hafizabad (3.43 Km, Rs. 92.866 Million, PEC C-4 or above) The technical scope includes rehabilitation and reconstruction of streets and roads with specified lengths and estimated costs. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the specified categories and have valid registration with tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, and Professional Tax where applicable. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required. Bids will be submitted electronically via Punjab E-Procurement System. The submission deadline is 08-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders must attach a fresh affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or involved in litigation. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Bidders should ensure their bids are clear, item-wise, and readable. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee as per PPRA rules. Separate bids are required for each lot, and bidders may participate in one or more lots. The bids are valid for 120 days.
