Supply and Installation of Indoor, Outdoor SMD and Interactive Screen 86 inches at Air University Karachi and Kamra Campuses

The Air University, Islamabad Campus (Air University) invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of advanced display equipment at its Karachi and Kamra campuses. This procurement includes the supply and installation of Indoor and Outdoor SMD screens along with Interactive LED Screens of 86 inches. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Outdoor SMD Screen (1 unit) for Karachi Campus - LED Smart LED Screen 86 inches (8 units) for Karachi Campus - Indoor SMD Screen (1 unit) for Auditorium at Kamra Campus The scope includes delivery, installation, commissioning, and testing at the respective campus sites. The Outdoor SMD screen features a heavy-duty metallic structure with waterproof and weatherproof enclosures, high brightness, and modular design suitable for 24/7 operation. The Interactive LED Screens are 4K resolution with advanced features such as AI-based 4K voice tracking camera, multi-touch capability, and lifetime free whiteboard software. The Indoor SMD screen at Kamra Campus is a high-resolution display with advanced video processing and calibration features. Eligible bidders must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply and installation of interactive and SMD screens, with offices in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, or Karachi. Bidders must provide authorization certificates, warranty of 2 years on site, and demonstrate technical compliance. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on October 5, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. A demonstration of equipment will be required for final selection. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and reject any or all bids without liability. For successful participation, bidders should ensure timely submission of bids through EPADS, provide all required documentation including technical compliance sheets, and prepare for the demonstration phase.
