Tender Description
The Directorate General of Archaeology Punjab invites bids from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category with specialization BC-02 (Restoration & Conservation) for the Rehabilitation and Upgradation of Iqbal Manzil located in Sialkot. This project requires firms with proven experience in conservation projects and PEC category C-6 or above.

The technical scope includes restoration and conservation works at the historic Iqbal Manzil site, involving specialized materials and techniques to preserve the heritage structure. The project demands adherence to high standards of workmanship and compliance with conservation best practices.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with PEC in the BC-02 category, demonstrating relevant experience in restoration and conservation. Firms must also be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is 5% of the estimated cost, and bids below 30% of the estimate must include a complete rate analysis for each item.
The technical and financial bids must be submitted online via https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ by 01 August 2026 at 2:00 PM, with the technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 2:30 PM. Original CDR or Bank Guarantee for earnest money must be submitted physically to the office of Director General Archaeology, 60-A, Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore before bid opening time.
