The Provincial Buildings Division Hyderabad invites bids for the Rehabilitation and Uplifting of Dargah Qalandar Lal Shahbaz Additional Facilities Man Dargah, Lal Bagh & Civic Centre at Sehwan Shareef. The works include surface preparation, painting, masonry, plumbing, electrical wiring, fire safety systems, CCTV installation, and landscaping. Eligibility criteria require contractors to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27, with relevant experience of similar works at least 80% of the estimated cost, and to have completed at least two similar works of 50% cost in the last five years. Firms must have valid NTN and SRB registration with active taxpayer status, ISO 9001 certification, and audited financial statements from ICAP registered auditors for the last three years. Bid security of 5% of the quoted bid price is mandatory, submitted as CDR or pay order with the technical proposal. The bid validity period is 90 days.
