Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Thatta invites bids for the Rehabilitation of Water Supply Scheme Haji Usman Jalbani Taluka Ghorabari District Thatta (W-05). This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Thatta, located near Session Court & SP Office Makli District Thatta. The project involves comprehensive civil and mechanical works aimed at improving water supply infrastructure in Thatta district.

The technical scope includes excavation, pipe laying, chamber construction, pump house erection, installation of electrical and solar equipment, and water treatment facilities. The project requires adherence to PWD and Public Health Engineering specifications, with all materials and workmanship meeting international and local standards. The solar system installation includes 33.57 kW mono-PERC solar panels, VFD drives, and balance of system components.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories with specialization codes CE-09, CE-10, among others. Firms must have valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registrations with active taxpayer status. Experience in similar water supply and drainage projects is mandatory, supported by completion certificates. Financial capacity must demonstrate turnover of at least 80% of the estimated cost. Technical personnel qualifications include civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers. Bidders must submit audited financial statements for the last three years and provide a list of machinery and equipment.
The tender fee and bid security must be submitted in the form of pay order or call deposit. Earnest money is 5% of the bid amount. Bids must be valid for 360 days.
