Relocation of Tower No. 16 (Type: EA) of 220KV Double Circuit Transmission Line at Derti Zhardad, District Charsada IRO TL M Division NGC Peshawar

National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGCP) Limited invites sealed bids for the relocation of Tower No. 16 (Type: EA) of the 220KV double circuit transmission line at Derti Zhardad, District Charsada under TL M Division NGC Peshawar. This project involves critical electrical infrastructure work in the Peshawar region. Items being procured: - Construction of new pile foundation - Dismantling of existing tower, conductor and allied hardware - Transportation and erection of new tower, welding of tower bolts and nuts - Stringing of ACSR Rail conductor and OPGW Shield wire over 0.7 Km span The scope covers foundation construction, dismantling and removal of old structures, transportation and erection of new towers, and conductor stringing over a specified span. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and comply with PEC Single Stage – Single Envelope (SSSE) bidding procedure on the E-PADS V2.0 platform and PPRA regulations. A refundable bid security of at least 2% of the estimated amount is required in the form of CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS V2.0 by 04-11-2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Original bid security documents must be submitted in hard copy to the Senior Manager TL M Division NGC Peshawar office before the bid opening time. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted. No bids will be accepted outside the E-PADS system. If a public holiday falls on the tender opening date, the opening will be deferred to the next working day.
