Tender Description
The Education Works Division Sujawal is procuring the remaining construction and finishing works for existing primary, elementary, and secondary schools in District Sujawal, specifically at GGHSS Daro. This tender covers civil works including masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, and sanitary fittings as per the detailed schedule of quantities. The project is located in Sujawal, Sindh, and aims to complete the remaining infrastructure to improve educational facilities in the district.
The technical scope includes cement concrete works, coursed rubble masonry, GI frames for doors and windows, iron grills, joinery, plastering, whitewashing, distempering, painting, and sanitary fittings such as W.C. pans, bib cocks, valves, fiberglass tanks, electric motors, and uPVC piping. The contract duration is 9 months from the date of commencement. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category (except for works below Rs. 2.5 million), have valid NTN and SRB registrations, and demonstrate relevant experience and financial capacity as per the mandatory qualification criteria.
The earnest money required is 5% of the estimated cost, submitted as CDR or pay order in favor of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted physically and uploaded on the e-procurement portal before the deadline of 15-05-2026 at 10:00 am.
