Tender Description
The **Education Works Division Sujawal** is procuring the remaining construction work for existing primary, elementary, and secondary schools at GBPS Bachal Mangsi, District Sujawal. This project is part of the ADP-490 for the financial year 2025-2026 and focuses on completing civil works including masonry, RCC, plastering, painting, and sanitary fittings.
The technical scope covers dismantling, excavation, reinforced cement concrete, steel reinforcement fabrication, joinery, plastering, distempering, and installation of sanitary fixtures such as W.C. pans, stop cocks, bib cocks, fiber glass tanks, and uPVC piping. The site is located near Civil Hospital Sujawal, and the contract duration is 9 months from the written order to commence work.
Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration with specialized code CE-10 for works above Rs. 4 million, active NTN and FBR registration, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and must submit authenticated affidavits on e-stamp paper. Experience in similar government projects and technical capacity including skilled manpower and equipment availability are mandatory. Bidders must also submit original CDRs and tender fees before the closing deadline.
The bid submission deadline is **08-05-2026 at 10:00 am** at the office of the Executive Engineer Education Works Division Sujawal. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 am. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required. The contract includes liquidated damages of 0.05% per day for delays and a security deposit of 10%.
