Tender Description
The **Education Works Division Sujawal** is procuring the remaining construction works for existing primary, elementary, and secondary schools at GBPS Umer Baran, District Sujawal. This project involves civil works and plumbing & sanitary fittings to complete the school infrastructure under the SDG#4 initiative. The scope includes RCC work, cement concrete, steel reinforcement fabrication, fixing steel grated doors, plastering, pointing, flooring with marble and glazed tiles, painting, and sanitary fittings such as W.C. pans, stop cocks, bib cocks, fiber glass tanks, and uPVC piping.
Bidders must be registered with PEC under the appropriate category CE-10 for works above Rs. 4 million, hold valid NTN and FBR registration, and be active on the Sindh Revenue Board. Experience in similar government projects and submission of original CDRs and tender fees before the deadline are mandatory. The technical bid must be uploaded on the EPADS portal with all required documents including authenticated affidavits on e-stamp paper.
