Providing Services for Removal and Reinstallation of Signages at NVROs South Zone

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified contractors to provide specialized services for the removal and reinstallation of signages at NVROs South Zone. This procurement covers a comprehensive scope of work involving dismantling, transportation, repair, and installation of various signage types across multiple sites within the South Zone. Items being procured: - Removal and installation of ACM fascia signage including fascia logo, blue bars, frames, angles, Z & L sections, holders/connectors, wiring (32 units) - Repair and installation of MS structures with cutting, welding, red oxide primer, and white oil paint including routing and installation of ACM sheets and fascia logos (3,392 jobs) - Removal and installation of name signs with frames, wall logos, spreaders, shopstop signs, IN & OUT signs, tyre shop signs, car wash/autocare signs, tank and office area signages (32 units) - Installation of existing nameplates, wall logos, spreaders, IN & OUT signs, tyre shop signs, carwash/autocare signs, tank and office area signages (16 jobs) - Removal of shop stop signage (16 jobs) - Vinyl pasting services including removal of existing vinyl and pasting of new vinyl of 3M/Avery CC on blue bars, spreaders, and nameplates (1,017.6 SQFT) The technical scope requires high-quality workmanship including dismantling, transportation, welding, painting, wiring, and vinyl application as per PSO approved designs. Contractors must comply with all HSE procedures and PSO safety and security rules. All tools, materials, and transportation are to be provided by the contractor. Work completion is expected within 180 days after site handover. Eligibility criteria include compliance with PSO's quality standards, submission of GST/SST invoices, and adherence to safety guidelines. Contractors are advised to visit the site before quoting to fully assess the scope and conditions. Bids must be submitted by 16 October 2026. Payment will be made based on actual quantities of work done. Delays beyond the stipulated time will incur penalties of 0.1% of the service order value per day, capped at 10%.
