Renewal of Microsoft Email Services for Financial Monitoring Unit Karachi

The Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) Karachi invites bids for the renewal of Microsoft Email Services for the fiscal year 2026-27. The Exchange Online licenses provide ad-free email, calendar and contacts, 50 GB mailbox storage, automatic spam and malware filtering, and compliance features.\n\nEligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all eligibility criteria including valid FBR registration and not being blacklisted. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 17, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security of PKR 150,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft.
