Hiring of Digital Media Agency for Comprehensive Digital Marketing and Social Media Management Services

Islamia College Peshawar invites sealed bids through EPADS for hiring a Digital Media Agency to provide comprehensive digital marketing and social media management services. This procurement is aimed at engaging a well-established and reputed firm registered with FBR and KPRA to enhance the college's digital presence and outreach. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, with prices inclusive of all taxes. The tender will be executed under the KP-PPRA Rules 2014 using a single stage single envelope open competitive bidding process. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR and KPRA, and to submit an earnest money deposit of 2% of the total bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Treasurer, Islamia College Peshawar. The original CDR must be physically submitted or couriered by the bid closing date. Tender documents and bidding procedures are available on the EPADS portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000 must be deposited in the Bank of Khyber, University of Peshawar Branch, or via bank draft prior to bid submission.
