Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore is procuring the renewal of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for maintenance of UPS systems and batteries for a period of one year. This tender LED/045/26 covers comprehensive 24/7 maintenance, repair, replacement, and support services for UPS and allied equipment across multiple sites including Lahore, Islamabad, Gujrat, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sheikhupura, and Sargodha.
The scope includes preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown response, fault rectification, replacement of defective components, and performance optimization. The equipment brands and serial numbers are specified, with capacities ranging from 10 KVA to 15 KVA. The service provider must ensure uninterrupted availability and operational reliability of the UPS systems and batteries.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). They should have relevant experience and technical capacity to provide maintenance services as per PEC and SNGPL requirements. Submission of a bid bond of Rs. 70,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR is mandatory. Bidders must also submit valid sales tax registration and professional tax clearance certificates.
The tender closes on 24th June 2026 at 14:30 hours, with public bid opening at 15:00 hours on the same day at SNGPL Head Office, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed envelopes marked confidential and addressed to the General Manager (Procurement), SNGPL. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all technical literature and specifications are complete and attached with the bid to avoid disqualification. Also, timely submission of Performance/Warranty Bond Guarantee within 30 days of award is critical to avoid contract termination.
