Renewal of SLA for Maintenance of UPS and Batteries for One Year

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore is procuring the renewal of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for maintenance of UPS systems and batteries for a period of one year. This tender LED/045/26 covers comprehensive 24/7 maintenance, repair, replacement, and support services for UPS and allied equipment across multiple sites including Lahore, Islamabad, Gujrat, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sheikhupura, and Sargodha. The scope includes preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown response, fault rectification, replacement of defective components, and performance optimization. The equipment brands and serial numbers are specified, with capacities ranging from 10 KVA to 15 KVA. The service provider must ensure uninterrupted availability and operational reliability of the UPS systems and batteries. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Submission of a bid bond of Rs. 70,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR is mandatory. Bidders must also submit valid sales tax registration and professional tax clearance certificates.
