The technical bids will be opened on 28-07-2026 at 11:30 am, and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as announced. The earnest money requirement is 2% of the estimated cost, payable digitally via 1 Link or Bank Guarantee through a generated PSID number in favor of The Bank of Punjab by 28-07-2026 at 11:00 am.
