Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors and suppliers to participate in the comprehensive renovation of the CEO Secretariat located on the 9th floor of PSO House, Karachi. The procurement is issued by the Pakistan State Oil Company Limited, a major public sector entity. The scope covers a wide range of civil, electrical, mechanical, and finishing works to upgrade the office space to modern standards.

- Demolition and dismantling of masonry walls, doors, false ceiling, wiring, roller blinds, ceiling accessories, and reinstalling fire alarm and public address system equipment (1 Job)
- Cement board partition work 422 Sft
- Wooden glass partition works 171 Sft
- Glass partition walls 90 Sft
- Furniture polishing of doors and sofas (multiple units)
- Bamboo wall cladding 400 Sft
- Rigid core flooring 750 Sft and removal/refixing of wooden flooring 900 Sft
- UPVC skirting 200 Rft
- Gypsum ceiling works 1770 Sft and wooden veneer ceiling 150 Sft
- Access panels in gypsum ceiling (5 units)
- Customized corian planter 22 Sft
- Paint works on ceiling and internal facade (2820 Sft and 1000 Sft)
- HVAC ducting, insulation, and air device installation (200, 250, 1700 Sft respectively)
- Electrical wiring including DB to workstation, socket points, light points, CAT6 wiring, access point installation (various units)
- Furniture upholstery and polishing for sofas and chairs
- Various lighting fixtures including down lights, pendent lights, fancy lights, profile lights, linear LED lights, customized LED lights (multiple units)
- Louver fans (2 units)
- Gang switches and switch socket outlets (multiple units)
- Technology boxes and face plates (multiple units)
- Sofas and office visitor chairs (multiple units)
- Double leaf and single leaf doors with glass and teak wood framing
- Round planters, large dustbins, and window roll-up blinds
The technical scope includes demolition, partitioning with cement board and glass, carpentry with teak wood and bamboo panels, flooring with rigid core and wooden flooring, gypsum and wooden veneer ceilings, painting with plastic emulsion and deco paints, HVAC ducting and insulation, comprehensive electrical wiring and lighting installation, furniture upholstery and polishing, and installation of doors and accessories. The site is PSO House Karachi, covering approximately 1770 square feet.
Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC categories for civil and electrical works, be registered with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate experience in similar office renovation projects. Earnest Money and CDR requirements apply as per PSO procurement rules.
