Renovation of Civil & E&M Works in Executive Offices III & IV at Executive Building Sector G-5 Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) through its Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate invites sealed bids for the renovation of civil and electrical & mechanical (E&M) works in Executive Offices III & IV at the Executive Building located in Sector G-5, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with contract reference number P138510. The scope includes dismantling, plastering, painting, false ceiling installation, electrical wiring, fixing of furniture such as almirahs, partitions, wardrobes, executive and office chairs, installation of lighting fixtures including LED ceiling lights, wall lights, and electrical accessories, as well as repair and maintenance of office equipment like paper shredders and air conditioning units. Items being procured: - Dismantling wooden ceiling and cement concrete - Carriage of construction materials - Providing and fixing gypsum false ceiling - Cement plastering and distempering - Weather shield paint application - Almirah shutters and wooden polishing - Partitions and wardrobes with laminated MDF boards - Executive, office, and visitor chairs with upholstery - Console table fabrication and installation - Electrical wiring, switches, sockets, bell push, and exhaust fans - Installation of LED lights, wall lights, and profile lights - Repair and installation of paper shredders and HVAC grills - Supply and installation of 55" Smart LED TV The technical scope covers all civil and E&M renovation works as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and specifications provided in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories and have valid FBR/NTN registration. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 26 October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
