Renovation and Civil Work of Minister and Managing Director Suite at RBS Murree

Pakistan Television Corporation Limited Islamabad invites sealed tenders for renovation and civil work of the Minister and Managing Director Suite at RBS Murree. The procurement is managed by the Controller Engineering Civil / General Manager (Land) office at PTV Headquarters Islamabad. Items being procured: - Dismantling work of existing wash rooms, kitchen along with cabinet, floor tiles and drainage and water pipe line for kitchen and washroom (1 Job) - Providing and applying 02 coats of emulsion paint ICI Dulux / Burger or equal and primer coat if required including scraping, filling, scaffolding (400 Sft) - Providing and applying 02 coats of weather shield paint ICI Dulux / Burger or equal including scraping, filling, scaffolding (500 Sft) - Providing and laying ceramic / porcelain tiles on floor size 2'x2' make time ceramic / master using style bond including filling under tiles with cement sand ratio 1:4 up to 1" thickness (600 Sft) - Providing and laying false ceiling using 3d aluminum suspension system and PVC sheets (110 Sft) - Providing and fitting new flush doors including handle locks (4 Nos) 2'5"x7' and 3'5"x7' - Providing and construction of 1st class brick masonry 9" thick with cement mortar (1:4) with labour and material charges (400 Cft) - Providing and installation of aluminum window and ventilator 1.2 mm including 5mm glass with all required accessories (50 Sft) - Providing and fixing and fabrication of kitchen cabinet using wooden lurr for frame and lamination ¾" for boxes as well as lassani sheets for doors including fixing of handle locks, hinges, PVC gola along with kitchen counter with marble slab (80 Sft) - Providing and applying internal/external cement sand plaster ½" thick ratio (1:5) (750 Sft) - Providing of king size bed with mattress along with bed sheets, pillow (2 Nos) of approved quality (2 Nos) - Providing kitchen set such as dinner set for 6 persons (2 Nos) - Providing tea and water set for 5 persons (2 Nos) - Providing and supplying 06 seaters Chester field sofa brown color complete with side table approved by Engineer (2 Sets) - Providing and supplying centre table set prepared with best quality wood and glass on top approved by Engineer (2 Nos) - Providing and fixing lights switch board cables, power plug, light plug etc (2 Jobs) - Providing and fixing exhaust fan and ceiling fans (4 Nos) - Providing and installation of water closet European style including all required accessories i.e. double bibcock, Muslim shower complete P-trap, Jali etc (2 Nos) - Providing and fitting complete shower set make best quality (2 Nos) - Providing and fixing vanity type wash basin including mixture, bib cocks, towel rail, mirror, soap dish etc of approved quality (2 Nos) - Providing and laying complete drainage system with UPVC pipe 4" dia for wash room and kitchen including connection with main line (80 Rft) - Providing and fixing MS kitchen sink including water mixture, waste pipe complete (2 Nos) - Providing and installation of ½" dia PPR pipe for water supply including all required accessories for kitchens and wash rooms as per requirement (80 Rft) The scope covers complete civil renovation including dismantling, painting, tiling, false ceiling, brick masonry, aluminum works, kitchen fabrication, plumbing, drainage, and furnishing with beds and sofa sets. The site is at RBS Murree and the contractor must comply with PEC category C-5 and provide valid NTN and GST certificates. Earnest money in shape of CDR amounting to Rs. 61,237/- must be submitted with the technical bid. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure with separate financial and technical proposals. The tender documents can be collected from the Controller Engineering Civil / General Manager (Land) office at PTV Headquarters Islamabad during working hours before August 4, 2026, 11:00 AM. The tender submission deadline is August 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM sharp. Opening of technical bids will be the same day at 11:00 AM. The contractor must submit audit reports for the last three years and a valid PEC registration. The tender validity period is 120 days.
