Renovation and Establishment Work for Various NADRA Offices Sites of RHO KP through Framework Agreement

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office, Peshawar invites sealed bids under PPRA Rule 15 & 16 from firms or contractors registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Professional Tax Departments who are on the Active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for pre-qualification of new suppliers through a framework agreement for up to three years. Items being procured: - Civil Works including False Ceiling, Grill for Counter/Window, Brick work, Wood Work, Tile Work, Glass Work, plaster, PCC & RCC Work, Branding, Fiber Glass, Pana flex Board, Direction board, Paint Work, Aluminum works - Supply, Installation, and Fixation of Plumbing Works - Supply and installation of Electric/Network Items, Electrification and Networking - Provision and Fixation of Earthing System - Other works as provided in the bidding documents The renovation and establishment works cover multiple NADRA office sites under the Regional Head Office in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The scope includes civil, plumbing, electrical, and networking works along with earthing system installation. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with PPRA rules. Pre-qualification and e-bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria are available on the ePADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via ePADS on or before 03 September 2026 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. This tender is also advertised on the PPRA website www.ppra.gov.pk. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of PPRA 2004.
