Construction and Establishment of Sahulat Bazaars in Punjab

Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the specified PEC categories. The procurement concerns the construction and establishment of Sahulat Bazaars across multiple districts in Punjab, including Lodhran, Vehari, Khanewal, Jhang, Gujrat, Sheikhupura, Layyah, Chakwal, Bhakkar, and Hafizabad. Items being procured: - Package-A: Karor Pakka (Lodhran), Mailsi (Vehari), Mian Chunnu and Jahanian (Khanewal) - Package-B: Athara Hazari (Jhang), Lalian (Chiniot), Pir Mahal (Toba Tek Singh) - Package-C: Kunjah and Jalalpur Jattan (Gujrat) - Package-D: Fatehpur and Layyah (Layyah) - Package-E: Kallar Kahar (Chakwal), Darya Khan (Bhakkar), Pindi Bhattian (Hafizabad) The estimated costs range from Rs. 594.48 million to Rs. 1,177.86 million per package, with bid securities from Rs. 12 million to Rs. 24 million. The works require compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and PEC licensing as per the specified categories (C-1 & above for Package-A, C-2 & above for others). Tender documents are available free of cost at PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 01.09.2026 at 09:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM.
