Tender Description
The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Secretariat Lahore invites bids for the renovation, interior design, furniture, and fixtures of the Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) office located in Gulberg, Lahore. This procurement is specifically for contractors and firms enlisted, renewed, and active with Punjab E-PAD, PEC, FBR, and PPRA for the current financial year in the relevant category C5 & above with specialization in Civil and Electrical categories.

The scope includes comprehensive renovation and interior design services along with supply and installation of furniture and fixtures at the OEP office. The contractor must have a valid PEC license with the required specialization codes and category C5 or above. The work will be executed under the standard terms and conditions of Civil & Works (C&W) department. The contract execution time is 60 days.
Bidders must submit their bids online through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) E-PADS system at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted. All pages of the bid must be signed and stamped by the contractor. Earnest money and bid security must be submitted online as per PPRA and E-PADS rules. Conditional tenders or those without earnest money will be rejected. The performance guarantee will be obtained from the lowest bidder as per Clause 56 of PPRA rules, along with 10% of the contract amount.
