Repair, Renovation, Cladding, and Construction Works for Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN)

The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites eligible bidders to submit e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for various works under the fiscal year 2026-27 in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019). Items being procured: - Repair & Renovation of Accommodation Building, SICHN Jamshoro - Cladding & Allied Work required for SICHN Korangi - Construction of Cafeteria, SICHN Jamshoro - Construction of Waiting Area, SICHN Jamshoro These works involve civil construction, renovation, and allied cladding tasks at multiple SICHN locations including Jamshoro and Korangi. The scope includes structural repairs, finishing, and allied construction activities to improve institutional facilities. Interested bidders must submit a written application along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5000/- via cash deposit in Sindh Bank account in favor of Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN). The paid deposit slip must be submitted at the First Floor, Plot No. 354 & 356 JM, Near People's Secretariat Chowrangi, Jamshed Quarters, Karachi between 0900 to 1500 hours except Sundays and holidays from the date of publication up to 29-09-2026 at 10:00 a.m. Bids must be prepared as per bidding documents and submitted on EPADS. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 3.5% of the total estimated value in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit in the name of Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN). Bids will be opened on 29-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the same address. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or postpone any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019).
